Novodvorská mustard is medium-strong , related to the French mustard called "Moutarde à l’ancienne", which can be translated as "Old French mustard". Made by monks from the Nový Dvůr Abbey according to an original Trappist recipe. It is mainly used to flavor red and white meat, hard cheeses, ham and sausages.
